Answer:
(1) Fault phenomenon. During the operation of the unit, the exhaust temperature exceeds 100℃, causing the unit protection to operate.
(2) Cause analysis.
1) Insufficient lubricating oil or incorrect lubricating oil specifications;
2) Insufficient cooling water or high cooling water temperature;
3) The oil cut-off solenoid valve is not energized or the coil is damaged; The oil cut-off solenoid valve diaphragm is broken or aged;
4) The ambient temperature exceeds the specified range;
5) The oil cooler is blocked;
6) For air-cooled air compressors, there are cooling fan motor failures, cooling fan damage; the exhaust duct is blocked or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) is large;
7) Thermal control valve failure;
8) Air filter blockage;
9) Oil filter blockage, small opening of the lubricating oil supply regulating valve, and too little oil flow;
10) The temperature switch displays a fault.
(3) Elimination method.
1) Check the oil level. If it is lower than "L", please stop the vehicle and add "H". Check the oil number and replace the oil.
2) Check the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water pipes and the water inlet temperature.
3) Repair and replace.
4) Increase the exhaust and lower the room temperature.
5) Check the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water pipes. The normal difference is about 5~8℃. If it is greater than 9℃, the oil cooler pipeline may be blocked. If it is lower than 5℃, the oil cooler pipe wall may be fouled. Remove it and clean it with a chemical or brush.
6) Repair and replace the cooling fan. If the exhaust duct is blocked or the exhaust resistance is blocked, clean it with high-pressure air.
7) Check whether the oil is cooled by the oil cooler. If not, replace the thermal control valve.
8) Clean the air filter with low-pressure air.
9) Replace the oil filter and increase the oil flow regulating valve.
10) Repair and replace the temperature switch.
