Answer: (1) Since the screw air compressor itself has very little vibration, the air compressor only needs to be installed on a hard, flat and horizontal ground. (2) Take the processing surface or base plane parallel to the ground plane on the machine as the reference, and use a spirit level to measure the horizontal level. It is better to control the vertical and horizontal levels within the range of 2mm/m.
(3) The cooling water used for water-cooled air compressors should meet the industrial water standards. When using a cooling water tower circulation system, softeners should be added regularly to keep the circulating water clean.
(4) The cooling water pressure is generally maintained between 0.15~0.25MPa, and the maximum does not exceed 0.5MPa.
(5) The cooling water outlet temperature should be lower than 40℃.
(6) If it is an air-cooled air compressor, in addition to meeting the above environmental requirements, the heat exchanger should be cleaned frequently to maintain efficient heat exchange.
