(3) During operation, if the oil on the oil level gauge is missing and the oil temperature gradually rises, the compressor should be shut down immediately. Observe the oil level after shutting down for 5 minutes (the pressure gauge indicates zero). If the oil level is insufficient, add lubricating oil when there is no pressure inside the system.
(4) Check the automatic steam trap frequently to see if it is working properly, otherwise water will be brought into the system.
(5) The oil and gas tank should be drained and drained once a week. The unit cannot be left idle for a long time and should be turned on for at least 2 hours a week.
(6) During the daily inspection of the air compressor operation, attention should be paid to whether the air compressor pressure switch and linkage control program are working properly. Abnormal working conditions will increase the power consumption of the air compressor. In serious cases, the motor will burn out due to the frequent start and stop of the compressor.
(7) Do not operate the air compressor in places where flammable or toxic gases may be inhaled. It is absolutely not allowed to block the air compressor intake during operation. Unless it is indicated that it can be used for breathing, it is absolutely not allowed to use compressed air for breathing.
(8) Do not operate at a pressure exceeding the pressure specified on the nameplate, and try not to operate at a pressure lower than the pressure specified on the nameplate.
(9) All soundproof enclosure doors must be closed during operation.
